What Shipping Methods Are Available?

For US and international orders, Findtees using flat rates shipping. It means the order is sent out with the most affordable carrier available at that time.

Findtees also offer USPS First-Class Mail for US orders. This is ideal for lightweight packages and it’s the most affordable USPS service. Maximum weight is 13 oz – this amounts to 1 shirt or 1-2 posters.

For products fulfilled and shipped from Indonesia, Findtees partner with JNE Express as shipping services.

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

You take responsibility for customs fees.

Do You Ship Internationally?

For now Findtees doesn’t ship orders to Cuba, Iran, and North Korea. We ship internationally to all other countries!

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

US-bound orders have an estimated arrival date that is approximately 3-8 business days after the product has fulfilled.

International orders have an estimated arrival date of 10-20 business days after the product has fulfilled.

We accept payment through PayPal and Midtrans, a well-known, trusted, and secure way to make payments over the Internet.

How do I place an Order?

Click on a Product Photo or Product Name to see more detailed information. To place your order, choose the specification you want and enter the quantity, and click ‘Add to Cart’.

Please enter the required information such as Billing Details, Order Notes, etc.

Before clicking ‘Proceed to PayPal‘ or ‘Place order’, please check your Order Details carefully. If you want to add a new Shipping Details, click ‘Ship to a different address‘.

After confirming your order, click ‘Proceed to PayPal‘ or ‘Place order’ and you will be automatically taken to the secure PayPal website or Midtrans website.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

How Do I Track My Order?

You can take a look at to see what your order status is. If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this for you.

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

How Can I Return a Product?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
